Camp John Hay is a pine-clad resort and recreation area on the southeastern side of the highland city of Baguio. The estate includes hotels, convention venues, and parklands connected by internal roads. Meanwhile, its elevation provides cool air and vistas across the Cordilleras.
In 2025, the eight-stage MPTC Tour of Luzon concluded at Scout Hill inside the estate after a grueling climb from Lingayen, Pangasinan, with spectators cheering on finishing riders. This successful staging highlighted Camp John Hay’s capability to host an international cycling event.
