Kaamulan is a leafy, multi-use civic space anchored by the Kaamulan Open Theater, with broad grounds and park roads that work well for runner call-rooms, corrals, medical tents, and an awarding area. The Open Theater and surrounding greens provide natural grandstand views and easy pedestrian flow for spectators.
In 2025, the Open Theater area served as the start/finish precinct for the Bukidnon International Marathon, closing the loop that routed toward nearby Bgy. Laguitas.
