Eagle of the North is a roadside monument on La Union’s coastal plain, an unmistakable meeting point for teams and spectators. A wide hardstand near the monument allows controlled assembly and neutral rider rollout, while easy highway access supports lead-vehicle staging and rapid crowd dispersal.

The park kicked off Stage 4 of the MPTC Tour of Luzon 2025, a challenging route to Clark, Pampanga. This staging highlighted Agoo’s capacity to hold international-level cycling events.
