Bongabon Trails

Located in the Sierra Madre, the Bongabon trail network runs on the plains and foothills, using gravel corridors along the river and adjoining farm and forest roads. Surfaces alternate between packed dirt, riverbank gravel, and rural connectors, and is largely flat and fast.

In 2022 Bongabon hosted the UCI Gravel Philippines, an 85-km trail biking race that opens that year’s UCI Gravel World Series. It established the city’s trails as a focal point in gravel riding in the Philippines.
