This setting enables event organizers to stage start/finish hubs, transitions, media zones, and athlete and spectator spaces within a walkable footprint.

The Baywalk hosted the swim start, transition areas, and finish areas of the IRONMAN 70.3 Puerto Princesa marathon. It also welcomed spectators of the 2024 ICF Dragon Boat World Championships. These events demonstrate readiness for international marathon and paddlesport competition.
